HULU TERENGGANU MOTORCROSCUBCROSS CLUB (HTMCC) was established officially on April 7, by, Malaysian Sports Commissioner with registration no: 4...443/2011. The objective of establishing this club is to produce positive characteristics of human capital in terms of mental, psychologically resilient and disciplined. In addition, it also aims to address and reduce social problems among local youth.
